Most of the Firmdale Hotels in London and New York have their own restaurant and bar which is open to hotel guests and the general public.
They are light and airy spaces - some with outdoor dining - and have a casual brasserie-style atmosphere. All have private dining rooms.
The restaurants offer fresh, seasonal produce on their regularly changing menus.
